To have a standalone printer installed please ensure that you have the printer unpacked and turned on with a USB cable connecting the printer to the computer. We DO NOT support wireless printing in any manor due to its unreliability.
Then insert the installation disc that came with the device or if one was not provided please download the installer from the manufacturers website.
Once the printer is ready and installers are prepped please call the Support Center phone number @ 1-888-584-5841 for an available technician to assist in completing the installation.
