1.    Click on Options-Work Centers in the top Viewpoint Navigation Bar

2.    Click Add Workcenter and Input the Following Options Seen below. Click Finish then OK to Save.
 
3.    Click Close on the confirmation Popup

4.    You will now see the Tab you just created


5.    Click on that new tab and on the far right of the screen click on the Inquiry Selector Button


6.    Select the NRS Tracker Inquiry from the Dropdown, Name it Northstar Tracker and set Maximum rows to 10000 to allow for that many jobs to display (However it will only show as many active jobs as Northstar currently has)


7.    After Clicking OK the tracker will now load in that new tab each time you start up viewpoint.



Further Customization/Usage
 
- Depending on who is using it we have already created it with all columns requested and the order requested however users have the ability to drag and drop columns to reorder. You can also Right Click and Hide Columns you don’t need to see.


- Right Clicking on the columns brings up other Options (Right click again to turn them off)


Filter Bar –

Will pull up a bar allowing you to filter on any field (Say you only want to see Active Jobs in IL)


Grouping Bar –

This will create a Grey Grouping bar above the tracker which allows you to drag and drop fields to group on, you can go down many levels - Say you want to Group by Department and BD Manager to know how Many HazMat Jobs Bill Kelly is running


Export Grid –

Right Click and Export Grid (Will export filtered results as well)


Choose Export to Microsoft Excel and Choose a Location to save to and a name for the file then click OK to export.
