If you are experiencing major slowness when trying to print or preview a report in Viewpoint, follow these steps:
1. Open Devices and Printers from the Start Menu
2. Under Printers and Faxes, make Adobe PDF your default printer by right clicking Adobe PDF and select Set as default printer.
3. Next, Open Viewpoint and try and print/preview again
4. When the print dialog box appears, change the printer from Adobe to the printer you want to print to by clicking on the drop downÂ
5. Choose the printer you would like to print to and press OK.
