If your system is not able to send or receive emails in Outlook, most likely you are working in Offline Mode. To fix this issue please follow these simple instructions:
1. Check and see if Working Offline mode is enabled. You can see this on the bottom right
2. Click on the Send/Receive tabĀ
3. You will notice the Work Offline icon is highlighted
4. Click on the Work Offline icon once and it will no longer be highlighted.
5. You will now notice you are connected to Microsoft Exchange and emails will begin to come through again
