Under the “Call Handling Mode”, you can click on “Out of Office”, “Standard”, “In a Meeting”, or “Out of Office” to perform these actions. Make sure “Enable Find Me” box is checked. If not, do so now, and click “Apply”.
- Click on “Find Me”. Here, you must type in the phone numbers you wish to be reached at, in case you are not at the office. Enabling “Send Incoming Caller ID” will show you who the person is. Enabling “record caller’s name for Find ME” will give the caller the option of giving their name. This also unlocks the “Record name even if caller ID is present,” which makes the caller give his/her name , regardless if the Caller ID is showing the location. NOTE: Make SURE you ENABLE “Find ME for incoming calls before playing greeting”.
