1. Search for Control Panel in the Search Bar near the Windows icon



2. In Control Panel, select View Devices and Printers under Hardware (There’s a Desktop shortcut of Devices and Printers.)

3. In Devices and Printer click on Add a Printer, this should open a separate window that allows you to select from the list of available printers or click “The printer I want isn’t listed” for direct search.

 


4. Select Find a printer in the Directory, based on location or feature and click Next.

5. Search based on Name, you can search by the Branch Number i.e. NJ4 and click Find now (All Network Printers are labeled with their Device name based on Branch Location i.e. NJ4PRT54 is the given example). Once you find the printer click OK

 

6. Once you add the printer click Next to download the printer’s driver.

 

7. Once the driver finish installing, you can either Print a test page to confirm setup is successful and/or Set as the default printer, then click Finish to complete Printer Setup.
