NorthStar Employee Wi-Fi Troubleshooting:
iPhone Users not able to connect to Northstar Self Reg and/or Northstar Employee when upgrading to iOS 14.0 or above
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Wi-Fi
3. Search NorthStar Self Reg and click on the information tab (‘i’)
4. Look for Private Address
5. Turn Off Private Address
6. Next, go back to Wi-Fi and click on the information tab (‘i’) for Northstar Employee
7. Look for Private Address
8. Turn Off Private Address
9. Once this is complete, you can follow the steps to connect to Northstar Wi-Fi
