You can receive voicemails from the phone system as an email attachment so that you can listen to voicemails on the go.
Open the Mitel Connect Client
Click on Connect then Settings.
A new window will open up, select notifications.
Then select Send email notifications about incoming voicemails.
Then select Attach voicemails as a wave file.
Lastly you can select Mark voicemail as heard. This option will mark the voicemail as heard in the phone system but does not delete the voicemail from the phone system. You will still need to login to the system either from a phone on the network, login remotely to the phone system or leverage the Mitel Connect software either remotely or in Citrix.
