For chrome: Navigate to the three upper dots>bookmarks>bookmark manager.
From there. Hit the three dots in the top right again>export bookmarks. Export the bookmarks to desktop. To import them. Follow all the steps except hit import bookmarks instead of export. Navigate to location where exported bookmarks were saved.
