Installing an application in Self Service Client
- Click on the Start Menu button, search for Self Service Client and select Self Service Client application
- When the application opens it will display all the programs that are available to install on your machine
- Select the application you want and click on the Install button on the application
- Once selected, click on Install Now and let the application install
- Installations can be monitored in the “Activity” tab:
Updating an application in Self Service Client
- Click on the Start Menu button, search for Self Service Client and select Self Service Client application
- If there is an update available for one of the programs you have already installed, you will see it under the “Updates” tab in the portal:
- Simply click the update button on the application from the list
- Followed by “Update Now” for it to install:

Removing an application in Self Service Client
- Click on the Start Menu button, search for Self Service Client and select Self Service Client application
- Select the application you want and click on the Remove button on the application
- Simply click “Remove Now” for it to uninstall:
