How to retrive your password?
- Go to Password Vault (cyberark.com)
- Use SMAL method to login via your non 12 account

- Select “Accounts” icon on the left side

- Enter your 12-account name on the search bar

- Click on the 3 dots beside your account name and copy the password

- Enter the reason for coping / retrieving your password, be specific (Important)
- Your password will be copied to clipboard for use
Marking account as Favorite for easy access:
- After searching your account name in the search bar, click on the start beside the 12 account. This will ensure that the account has been marked as favorite.
- To easily access you account after the account is marked; after logging into Cyberark, simply click on the “Filter” option on the top left of the screen.
- Select “Favorite” option.
- Your account will instantly pop-up below.
What to be aware of?
- Do not store the password locally anywhere (Notepad, word document, etc)
- Make sure to add detailed note on why you are retrieving the password
