Reset Your Password Using Self Service Password Reset
1. In an incognito/in private window go to https://aka.ms/sspr
2. Enter your email address and then enter the captcha before clicking “Next”
3. Select “I forgot my password” then click “Next”
4. Enter your mobile phone number then click “Text”
5. You will receive a text with a 6-digit code. Enter this code into the screen and then click “Next”
6. Next click “Send Notification”
7. Enter the number on screen into the notification you receive on your phone
8. Next enter and confirm your new password, keep in mind the below
• Must be 14 characters long
• Must include at least 1 Number
• Must include at least 1 upper case letter
• Must include at least 1 lower case letter
• The password cannot be one of the last 8 you have used
• It cannot contain any part of your name
• It cannot contain Years, Months, Seasons, Branch locations, Branch Addresses, NorthStar or any Lines of Business/Industries
Click “Finish” once you have entered the new password
9. You will see the below screen confirming your password has been updated successfully. This will be your new password for logging into your computer (unless you are not on a NorthStar network at the time of updating the password), Citrix, ViewPoint, Email, Teams and any other Microsoft 365 applications
