  2. Enter your NorthStar email address as the username and click “CONTINUE

  1. You will be brought to the Microsoft login screen to enter your NorthStar email password:

  1. Select “Restore” on either “Exchange Online” to recover email or “OneDrive for Business” to recover files stored in your OneDrive

  1. Select the folder, document or email that you want to restore then click the “Restore” button

  1. Select whether you want to restore the item to the original location or to another location.

If you selected to restore to another location, you will be shown a folder selector to pick where you would like the item to be restored to

  1. Next select the restore options such as what to do if the file already exists in the existing location

  1. Review the restore options and then click “Submit

  1. You will be shown a summary page. You can use the link on this page or the “Jobs” option in the menu to view and track the process of the restore process
