Reassigning your Extension to another Shoretel Phone.
1. Press the “Voicemail” button and when you hear the chimes, Press “#” TWICE.
2. When prompted, enter your Shoretel extension.
3. Enter your Shoretel Voicemail password for that extension.
4. Press “7” to Change Mailbox Options.
5. Press “3” to reassign your extension to the phone.
6. Press “1” to assign extension to the current phone you are at.
Unassigning your ShoreTel Extension
1. Press the “Voicemail” button and when you hear the chimes, Press “#” TWICE.

5. Press “3” to reassign your extension to the phone.
6. Press “2” to unassign your extension from the phone you are currently at.
