Open the Mitel Connect app

 

 

  • If in the office, open app on your laptop.
  • Working outside of the office, open the app inside of Citrix

 

Click on Settings

 

 

Click on Primary Assignment

 

 

Click on External Number

 

 

External Number setup, update the following:

  1. Add a Label   (i.e. Cell Number)
  2. Cell number 
  3. Leave number rings at 6
  4. Change “Press 1 to connect” to “Automatically Connect”
  5. Click Add

 

 

With the following set to External Number, all calls placed to your 4-digit extension will transfer to you programmed External Number.  To switch back, toggle Desk Phone
